1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered user who has created and holds an account on the vt999 platform.

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the vt999 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the vt999 Platform for Pakistani players.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the vt999 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their local jurisdiction. vt999 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani players acknowledge this responsibility by creating an account.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may open and maintain only one (1) vt999 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers – constitutes a breach of these Terms. vt999 may close duplicate accounts and, at its discretion, confiscate any funds and void any pending bets associated with such accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must notify vt999 promptly if any registration information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vt999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. vt999 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or any third party using your credentials with or without your knowledge or consent. vt999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the Player's failure to maintain account security.

3.3 You must notify vt999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. vt999 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Methods. vt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Supported methods may change and the Platform cashier reflects the current available options at any time.

4.2 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. vt999 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in the name of a third party. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

4.5 Currency. The primary transactional currency for Pakistani players is PKR. Any conversion between PKR and other currencies, where applicable, will be at exchange rates determined by vt999 at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 vt999 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, maximum bet size during bonus play, and bonus expiry dates.

5.2 Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money deposits will be used before Bonus Funds in game play unless otherwise stated.

5.3 vt999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. vt999 also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonus Funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, and device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Betting

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vt999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs, or software malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or advantage play targeting promotional offers
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games
• Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing vt999 staff or other players

7.2 vt999 will report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the vt999 Platform – including but not limited to the vt999 brand, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, and text – is the intellectual property of vt999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vt999.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The vt999 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. vt999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data loss, or interruption of service.

9.3 vt999's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 vt999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the vt999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.
